Hey Trent, I got it and I’m not sure if it would work for you. My advice is to give it a shot and at least try it. I’m doing what it recommends right now and have been for about a week. I haven’t lost much weight yet, but I feel a lot better than I did a month ago. I actually go out walking now and I’m eating a lot better too. I can’t wait to see what I will be like in a month or two.

I’m about 100 pounds over my regular weight. I wonder if it will work for me. Cause I’m desperate to lose weight before I get married this fall.
