			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So you are thinking about losing weight, huh?  Well, before you get started, let me give you a bit of advice on what I&#8217;ve been through.  I first started looking for a weight loss solution back about a year ago.  Over the years, I had gained a lot of weight.  It didn&#8217;t feel like it at first, but year after year I would put on more and more weight.</p>
<p>At first I told myself that it was just a little chub around my waist &#8211; more to love, hah!  But as time went by, I let myself go.  I stopped working out and eating right.  I think that my body actually started to get used to all the junk food and garbage that I was putting in it.  I would crave Doritos and other bad foods about 2 to 3 times during the day.  I was eating a small breakfast, a ginormous lunch, and an even bigger dinner.</p>
<p>But then it all changed.  I looked at the scale one day and it shocked me.  I was fat, tired, and sick of being like this.  So with one last disproving look in the mirror, I walked into the kitchen and started throwing away all of my junk food.  I felt kind of bad about getting rid of that food, but it had to be done.  And even though some people could have used it, I just couldn&#8217;t put someone else in my position by eating that same garbage.</p>
<p>After I got done in the fridge, I went on my health food shopping spree.  That is the day that my belly fat battle began and I haven&#8217;t lost momentum ever since.</p>
<p>I now eat really healthy.  Some people even think that I&#8217;m a health nut because I&#8217;m always talking about salads, grains, fruits, and vegetables at lunch.  And I don&#8217;t just preach it, I live it.</p>
<p>Not only that, but I&#8217;m now going on walks and doing cardio on a daily basis.</p>
<p>And you know what? &#8211; I feel 200% better than I used to.  No more tiredness in the afternoons.  No more hopelessness when I look in the mirror.  No more chubby thighs.</p>

<p>I first heard about the this program while I was searching around on the Internet for a real diet plan. I wouldn&#8217;t call myself overweight (hah – who would) and I wanted to see a diet plan that showed me what to eat to lose weight. But I really didn&#8217;t know where to start with dieting or exercise so I figured I would look into this course.</p>

<p>Right when I heard about the course I was a bit skeptical because it claimed to be the fastest way to lose weight. That seems to be said a lot with courses like this, but I kept researching this course because of something I immediately saw right after.</p>
<p>The author, <strong>Joel Marion</strong>, may actually <strong>know what he is talking about</strong>. Here are a couple reasons why I think this. For one, he looks like he is in very good shape. Second, he is one of the top physical trainers. And third, he is on both the Men&#8217;s Fitness Training Advisory Team and Lifescript.com Women&#8217;s Fitness Expert Panel. So this guy looks like he might just be an expert at physical fitness and not just some average Joe.</p>
<p>Ok, moving on with my research. I now started looking at the information about the course. I found some good facts about weight loss and some things that I have never thought of. Joel Marion makes a good point that you cannot lose weight without creating a massive calorie deficit. But then he brings up that you can&#8217;t create a calorie deficit without your body think that it is starving, which he says will limit fat loss.</p>
<p>Based on what Joel says, if you reduce how much you are eating, you body will hold on to fat and limit the amount of weight that you lose. In my own words that means that just <strong>eating less will not help me lose weight</strong>. That doesn&#8217;t sound promising, but let&#8217;s see what Joel says if we keep researching.</p>
<p>Ok, now I found some information where Joel sort of reveals what this course is all about. This information seems to be broken into <strong>different stages and they go like this</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Cheat days</strong> – He says that these days are used to purposely stop your diet and offset your body&#8217;s natural tendency to limit weight loss. That kind of makes sense. Going back to what he said before about your body limiting weight loss when you eat less, this might counter that effect.</li>
<li><strong>Work outs on the right days</strong> – Joel talks a little bit about how working out on certain days can make you lose more weight and build more muscle than other days. I can believe that, but I can&#8217;t find any information one which days.</li>
<li><strong>Nutrient timing</strong> – Next, he talks about how “timing” this will put your body in the state you want it in.</li>
</ul>
<p>That wasn&#8217;t all that I found, but it was the most important information. I personally think that this course looks good because of how effective the system looks. It is based on changing the way you body burns fat and reworking your diet without having to eat like a rabbit.</p>
<p>I also like the fact that there are “cheat days” where I can go back to eating fattening foods. I initially didn&#8217;t think about this until I read about it in his course. I have tried some other diets and I really got sick of eating salads and bland foods all day for months. This program looks different because it lets you cheat, but it does so with purpose.</p>
<p>All in all, I&#8217;d say that the it looks like it is a good fit for me. Joel Marion definitely knows what he is talking about and the program is really solid and proven to work based on my research. I can see no risk involved in me getting this course, just as long as I actually do it.</p>
